When you generate content, ReportPilot sends the selected document type and your prompt or rough notes, or the report type and report details you provide, to Groq’s API to create the requested output. ReportPilot’s application does not save prompts, report details, or generated writing in its own database. Do not enter confidential, personal, or sensitive workplace information unless you are authorized to share it with the service providers used by this app.
If you use Pro, the license key and this browser’s license instance ID are stored in your browser’s local storage so the app can remember the activation. The app sends the key to Lemon Squeezy’s License API to activate, validate, or deactivate it. Lemon Squeezy processes purchases and subscription billing on its checkout; ReportPilot does not receive your full payment card details.
Groq processes report inputs to generate output under its applicable terms and privacy information. Groq says inference inputs and outputs are not retained by default, though it may temporarily log them for reliability or abuse investigations; its data controls include a zero-data-retention option. See Groq’s data policy. Vercel hosts this app and its server functions. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout and license validation. The app applies best-effort request limits using the caller IP address in short-lived server memory. Hosting providers may process technical request data under their own policies.
ReportPilot does not intentionally store report inputs or generated reports. Your browser stores the Pro key and activation identifier until you deactivate the device or clear browser storage.
